Terms of Use

Effective October 2, 2026

Project material management

Environmental Trucking provides project material management services focused on material sourcing, reuse and recycling opportunities, excess-material planning, project information, quantity tracking and destination records. Environmental Trucking does not operate the motor vehicles used to transport project material unless expressly identified in a separate written agreement.

Project requests are not contracts

Submitting a request does not create a contract, guarantee material availability, reserve third-party services, or constitute acceptance of a price. Scope, pricing, availability, scheduling and each party’s responsibilities must be confirmed separately.

Transportation and third parties

When transportation is required, the transportation service is provided by the motor carrier performing that transportation. The carrier is responsible for its vehicles, drivers, operating authority, permits, insurance, safety and carrier-specific regulatory compliance. Any transportation relationship, charges and responsibilities are governed by the applicable agreements and the parties’ actual conduct.

Material information

Material descriptions, quantities, availability, suitability, diversion information and estimated calculations are project-management information unless expressly confirmed in writing. Customers and project professionals remain responsible for determining whether material satisfies plans, specifications, geotechnical requirements, environmental requirements and applicable law.

Site information

You are responsible for providing accurate project locations, access restrictions, schedules, material descriptions and other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request.

No misuse

You may not use the service to submit unlawful, fraudulent or misleading requests or interfere with the operation or security of the website.

Policy and compliance support

References to CALGreen, diversion, recycling, reuse or other California policies describe project-management support only. Environmental Trucking does not certify regulatory compliance, act as the enforcing agency, or replace the project professionals responsible for determining legal or specification compliance.

California law

These terms are intended to be governed by applicable California law, subject to any mandatory law that applies to a particular transaction or party.
