California Privacy

Environmental Trucking does not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. Information you provide is used to respond to your request and provide the services you ask for.
This page supplements our Privacy Policy for California users. California privacy rights depend on the law that applies to a particular business and consumer relationship.
Information submitted through Project Request
We may collect identifiers and contact information, project and commercial information, job-site or material-location information, and the content of project communications. We collect this information to evaluate and respond to project material management requests and to operate and protect the service.
Notice at collection
Before submitting a Project Request, the form provides a notice explaining that Environmental Trucking will use the information to evaluate and respond to the request, with a link to the full Privacy Policy.
California privacy requests
If a California privacy law gives you a right to know, correct or delete personal information held by Environmental Trucking, you may submit a request to info@environmentaltrucking.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it. Applicable exceptions may permit or require us to retain certain records.
Non-discrimination
Where California law applies, we will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.
